How and when do you ship?
We ship domestically by USPS First Class Mail. We offer same day shipping Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Insurance is available at the buyer's option. International orders are also shipped by USPS. Please contact us for a price quote.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 10 business days of receipt. Contact us by telephone or email with the reason for the return. Item must be in original packaging in new condition. Refund will be issued in cash within 5 business days of receipt of return.

Are the Bucky masks adjustable?
The Bucky masks have adjustable velcro straps so they fit all head sizes.

What is the difference between the 40 Blinks mask and the Shades mask?
The 40 Blinks mask is filled with foam. It is lighter than the Bucky Shades mask and has a contoured interior. The Shades mask blocks out all light with a padded ridge under the eyes. It fits flat against the eyes. Both masks have adjustable velcro straps to fit all head sizes.
